Nevorai Bookings and Zoom

What the Zoom connection does

• When a guest books a meeting set to Zoom, Bookings creates the Zoom meeting in your account and sends the join link to you and the guest.
• When the guest moves the booking, the same Zoom meeting is moved to the new time.
• When the booking is cancelled, the Zoom meeting is deleted.
• Bookings reads only your Zoom account e-mail (to show which account is connected). It does not read your other meetings, recordings, contacts or chats.

Add Zoom

1. Sign in at bookings.nevorai.com (or create a free account).
2. Open Settings, then Integrations.
3. Choose Connect Zoom. Zoom asks you to sign in and allow access. Choose Allow.
4. You return to Bookings, and it shows the connected Zoom e-mail.

Use Zoom

1. Open Event types and choose or create an event type.
2. Under where the meeting happens, choose Zoom.
3. Share your booking link. Each new booking of that event type gets its own Zoom meeting, and the join link is in the confirmation e-mail.

Remove Zoom

1. In Bookings, open Settings, then Integrations, and choose Disconnect Zoom. We delete the saved access key at once. Bookings no longer creates Zoom meetings.
2. You can also remove the app inside Zoom: open the Zoom App Marketplace, then Manage, then Added Apps, and remove Nevorai Bookings.

Meetings already created stay in your Zoom account until you delete them there.
