Terms of service

The service

Bookings lets an owner publish their free times on a booking page and lets guests book, move or cancel a time. We send the confirmations, invites and reminders described on the site.

Your account

• Give a real name and an e-mail you can open. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be 18 or over, or old enough to make a contract where you live, to open an owner account.
• Choose a page link that is yours to use. We may change a link that copies someone else's name or brand.

Plans and payment

• Free costs nothing and has no time limit. We may change what Free includes, with notice on the site.
• Pro is paid through Nevorai Billing (billing.nevorai.com), monthly or as shown at checkout, with a GST invoice. The price is the one shown at checkout when you buy.
• You can cancel any time from Billing. Pro then ends at the close of the period already paid, and your page goes back to Free; nothing is deleted. We do not refund part periods, except where the law says we must.
• If a payment fails, Pro features are switched off until it is paid. Guests can still book you on Free.

Fair use

Do not use Bookings to break the law, to send spam, to collect people's details for anything they did not agree to, to pretend to be someone else, or to attack or overload the service. Do not ask guests for card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers in your questions. We may pause a page that does any of these, and we will tell you why.

Your content and your guests

What you put on your page (name, logo, descriptions, questions) stays yours; you let us show it and send it to your guests so the service works. You are responsible for how you use your guests' details and for what happens at the meetings themselves. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.

Availability

We work to keep Bookings running all the time, but we cannot promise it will never be down or that every e-mail will arrive (spam filters and inboxes are outside our control). Check your dashboard for the true list of bookings.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, Nevorai is not liable for lost business, lost profit or indirect loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Bookings in the three months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Ending

You can stop any time and ask us to delete your account. We may close an account that breaks these terms after telling you, or at once for serious abuse.

Law and contact

These terms follow the laws of India, and the courts at Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, decide any dispute. If these terms change in a way that matters, we will say so on this page and e-mail owners. Questions: teamnevorai@gmail.com.
