Two kinds of people use Bookings

Owners make a booking page (a doctor, coach, tutor, studio and so on). Guests open an owner's page and book a time. For a guest's details, the owner decides why they are collected and what happens next; we keep and process them on the owner's behalf.

What we collect

• Owners: name, e-mail, phone number if given, the page name and link, logo, colour, working hours, meeting types and the settings you choose.
• Guests: name, e-mail, phone number if the owner asks for it, answers to the owner's questions, the time booked, the guest's time zone, and any changes or cancellations.
• Payments for Pro: handled by Nevorai Billing (billing.nevorai.com) through Razorpay. Bookings itself never sees card, UPI or bank details; it only learns that a plan is paid.
• Technical: sign-in cookies that keep you signed in, a cookie that remembers small choices (such as your sidebar width and theme), and basic server logs (address, time, page) kept for security for a short time. We do not use advertising trackers.

Why we use it

• To show an owner's free times, take bookings and prevent double booking.
• To send confirmations, calendar invites, reminders and change notices to owners and guests.
• To run accounts, billing, support and security, and to fix and improve the service.

Nevorai's AI reads the data

Nevorai runs its products with the help of its own AI assistant. It reads account, booking and billing data to keep the service working: to spot problems, answer support questions, and help Nevorai look after each business. It works for Nevorai and for the owner only: it never shows one business's data to another business, and when it speaks to a business's customers it speaks for that business alone. Guest data is never sold and never used to advertise to anyone.

Who helps us run it

• Supabase: the database and sign-in.
• Vercel: hosting the website.
• Resend: sending e-mails.
• Cloudflare: storing and serving uploaded logos.
• Google: only if you choose to sign in with Google.
• Razorpay, through Nevorai Billing: taking payments for Pro.

They process data only to provide their service to us. Some of them may store data outside India, with safeguards they publish.

Who can see a booking

The owner and the people the owner adds to their page, the guest who made it, and Nevorai staff and Nevorai's AI when running the service. Nobody else. Your public page shows only your name, logo, short description, meeting types and free times: never your guests.

How long we keep it

While your account is open. When an owner deletes their account, their page, meeting types and bookings are deleted within 30 days, except what the law makes us keep (for example invoices, which Nevorai Billing keeps for the period tax law requires).

Your choices

• Owners can change their details in Settings, download their bookings as a spreadsheet, and ask us to delete their account.
• Guests can cancel a booking from their e-mail. To have your details removed, ask the owner you booked with, or write to us and we will pass it on.
• Anyone can write to us to see, correct or delete their data: teamnevorai@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.

Security

Every page and request checks who is asking. Each business's data is kept apart by database rules, so one business can never read another's bookings. Traffic is encrypted, passwords are never stored in plain text, and booking management links are secret and signed.

Children

Owner accounts are for adults. A guest who is a child should be booked by a parent or guardian.
